Education and personal experience

We share general education and personal experience. Sessions are conversations about the topics described on the session page, at the price and duration shown before booking. No particular financial or other outcome is guaranteed.

We do not provide personalized recommendations to buy, sell, or hold securities, manage portfolios, execute investments, prepare tax returns, or provide legal or immigration advice. We do not provide real-estate brokerage, property valuation, mortgage origination, or representation before government agencies. We do not take custody of money or access your financial accounts. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

Using the service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to book a session. Provide accurate contact information. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, identity documents, or sensitive financial records.

Booking and payment

Google Calendar handles appointment times and payment through Stripe. A booking is confirmed when Google creates the appointment and sends your calendar invitation. Saving answers or a pending card authorization does not confirm a booking. Check the time zone, price, and currency before paying, and use the same email as on our booking form.

If you are charged but receive no confirmation, contact hello@moneywithhelmy.com so we can check the booking and payment. Our cancellation and refund policy forms part of these Terms.

Attending your session

Sessions take place online through Google Meet. Please join on time with a working internet connection. Contact us promptly about connection problems. Treat each other respectfully. Recording or distributing a session requires prior agreement from everyone involved.

Resources and privacy

Our content is for your personal learning. Do not commercially redistribute our materials without permission. See our educational disclaimer and Privacy Notice. Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from booking.

Problems and changes

Contact hello@moneywithhelmy.com if something goes wrong. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Changes apply to future bookings; the version accepted when booking applies to that booking.
