Your booking details

When you continue to Google booking, we save your name, email, session choice, selected topics, notes, and agreement to our Terms and cancellation/refund policy in our private website database. We record the policy version and the time of agreement. We use these details to arrange and prepare for your session. Saving your answers does not confirm an appointment or take a payment. Unfinished drafts are kept for up to 30 days.

Google Calendar opens on its own page and handles availability, payment through Stripe, invitations, and meeting links. Your topics and notes stay in our private booking records. Our site is configured to link these records to a confirmed calendar appointment when the same email address is used and the appointment is created within 48 hours after the details are saved. If more than one match is possible, the record stays unlinked. We do not copy these notes into Google’s confirmation email. We do not store your card number. A secure booking cookie lets you return to your booking in the same browser for up to 30 days.

Website statistics

We count page loads by page and aggregate interactions on free resources, including spreadsheet link clicks, calculator use, guide reading, and price-tracker prompt preparation, alongside PDF link clicks and booking activity. These are daily totals. A link click does not confirm a completed download or copy. For traffic sources, we save only a broad source category from the referring site or an approved UTM source/medium tag in the aggregate counts; we do not save the full referrer URL or its query string. The owner dashboard may show aggregate counts by chosen session and topic from saved booking records, without displaying names, email addresses, or free-text notes. Traffic-source statistics do not save names, email addresses, individual answers, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or visitor IDs. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser analytics. Saved-form and calendar-link totals are recorded as part of running bookings; a calendar link is not verification of payment. These counts are not unique visitor counts.

Email updates

If you subscribe to email updates, your email and consent are saved privately through Google Workspace. Booking a session does not subscribe you. You can ask to unsubscribe or delete your information at hello@moneywithhelmy.com. We do not count a newsletter click as a successful signup.

Contacting Helmy

The contact form sends your name and note, plus any email address, phone number, or topic you choose to provide, to hello@moneywithhelmy.com through Google Apps Script and Google Workspace so Helmy can reply. Email and phone are optional. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, identity documents, or sensitive financial records.

Security and bot protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect contact, newsletter and booking forms. Verification processes technical information, including your IP address and browser/device signals, through Cloudflare. Our hosting security services may also set security cookies, such as __cf_bm. These checks are separate from optional website statistics and remain active when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables browser analytics. Our rate limiter stores a keyed hash derived from your IP address and short-lived request timestamps, not your raw IP address. Current rate-limit windows are up to one hour, and expired records are cleaned periodically. Aggregate daily security outcomes are kept for 30 days without form contents or payment details. Hosting providers may retain separate technical logs under their own policies.

AI Price Tracker

Purchase details stay in your browser while the page is open and are not saved to our website database. We use the country code supplied by our hosting service from your approximate IP location to suggest a country and currency; the form lets you override either. We do not request precise device location.

Copying places your generated instructions on your device clipboard. Opening ChatGPT does not automatically transfer them or start tracking. If you paste and send them, OpenAI processes those details in your ChatGPT account under its own policies. Scheduling and updates depend on your account’s available features; review ChatGPT’s confirmation and saved purchases before relying on tracking.

Services used by this site

OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure deliver the website and store its records. Google Fonts supplies typefaces. Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, and Stripe process information needed for their respective features, including contact-form messages sent to the owner.
